How do I open an account with ATR Gaming?

How do I change my personal information and password?

To access your account’s settings, kindly log into your account and click on “preferences” on the provider’s website.

What should i do if i have forgotten my password?

Kindly contact our customer service if you have forgotten your password and they will be able to assist you.

How do I close my account?

Please contact our customer service department.

Can I have more than one account?

There is a strict policy where we only allow one account per household. This is stated clearly in our terms and conditions.

Deposit & Withdrawal

What deposit method do you accept?

We accept Online Bank transfer and CDM(Cash Deposit Machine) in the choices of four different banks; Maybank, CIMB, HONG Leong Bank and. Please contact our Customer Service and they will process your deposit for you. Our banking section has more info on this matter.

How can I make a withdrawal?

To make a withdrawal, please contact our Customer Service and they will process your withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 1.

Please take note that every customer’s withdrawal request will only be approved using the same bank account that was used in all previous transactions. E.g. If you have been using your Maybank account to deposit, we will only process your withdrawal with that same Maybank account.

What is the minimum and maximum deposit amount?

The minimum deposit is RM 50 and the maximum deposit RM 10,000

What currencies do you accept?

We only accept MYR: Malaysian Ringgit.

How long does it take to process my deposit & withdrawal?

It will take roughly between 5 to 10 minutes for deposits and roughly between 5 to 20 minutes for withdrawal.
